Do you take insurance?

Yes. I’m in-network with several major insurers through Alma and Headway. You can check your specific benefits and book directly through either platform, or reach out to me and I’ll help you figure out the best path.

What if you’re not in-network with my insurance?

I’m happy to provide a superbill you can submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement. I also offer a limited number of sliding-scale spots for clients who need it — just ask.

What are your rates?

Sessions are $175. If cost is a barrier, ask about sliding-scale availability.

Question 4

What’s your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows are subject to a $100 fee.

How does the free consultation work?

Reach out through the contact form or book directly, and we’ll schedule a quick phone call — I’ll call you at the time we set up, no pressure, just a chance to see if we’re a good fit.

Do you offer in-person sessions?

No — my practice is fully virtual. Sessions are held over Zoom, so you can meet with me from wherever is most comfortable and private for you.

Question 7

What states are you licensed in?

Accepted Answer

New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Maine, and Florida. I can only see clients physically located in one of these states at the time of our sessions.

What ages do you work with?
