How I can help.

Every person I work with brings a unique story. These are the areas where I do my deepest, most meaningful work.

Individual Therapy

A space that's entirely yours.

Individual therapy is a dedicated hour to slow down, look inward, and work through whatever is weighing on you — without judgment. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, relationship patterns, or simply a sense that something feels off, we'll work together at your pace to build clarity, resilience, and a deeper understanding of yourself.

  • 55-minute telehealth sessions
  • Flexible scheduling, including evenings

Trauma & Healing

You are more than what happened to you.

Trauma has a way of living in the body long after the event has passed. I use evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches to help you process difficult experiences, reduce the grip of intrusive thoughts or memories, and reclaim a sense of safety in your own life. This work is gentle, paced by you, and grounded in compassion.

  • Trauma-informed care throughout
  • Compassionate, evidence-based approaches
  • We build your capacity to process, one step at a time

Boundary Work

Learning to say yes to yourself.

Boundaries aren't walls — they're the honest expression of what you need to feel safe and respected. If you find yourself constantly overextended, unable to say no, or caught in cycles of people-pleasing, this work can help. We'll explore where those patterns come from and build practical, sustainable ways to show up for yourself without guilt.

  • Draws on attachment and relational concepts
  • Especially helpful for those recovering from toxic relationships

Life Transitions

Change doesn't have to mean losing yourself.

Career shifts, relationship changes, identity questions, becoming a parent, moving, grief — transitions can unsettle even the most grounded person. This work is about finding your footing again: understanding what you actually want (not just what's expected of you), and moving through change with more clarity and less fear.

  • Support through any major life change
  • Practical tools alongside deeper reflection
  • A steady space while things feel uncertain

Teen Counseling

For the young people figuring it all out.

Adolescence is one of the most formative — and most difficult — seasons of life. I work with teens ages 16 and up who are navigating anxiety, identity, family stress, social pressure, or the weight of just trying to keep up. My approach with teens is collaborative and strengths-based: I meet them where they are, not where adults think they should be.

  • Ages 16 and up
  • Parents stay informed in a way that respects the teen's privacy
  • Confidential, judgment-free, and truly theirs

"Healing isn't linear. But it is possible — and you don't have to do it alone."
